WELCOME TO SUNNY COVE BEACH HOUSE

Soak up spectacular sunsets and water views from the wrap-around deck and enjoy a leisurely 5 minute stroll to beaches in Santa Cruz, California. Just 3 houses back from the water, our cozy family duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6 comfortably.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and bath on the second floor, just off the main living area and fully equipped kitchen. A queen bedroom and another room with 2 twin beds await guests on the first level, along with a shared bathroom with walk-in shower.

Other amenities include Roku, fire pit table, gas grill, putting green, washer/dryer, beach chairs/towels, and deck furniture. Beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and farmers market are all within walking distance.

Downtown Santa Cruz, the Boardwalk, and Capitola are a short 10 minute drive;

Monterey Bay Aquarium is about 1 hour south.
